Location: Live Dealer Studio – Studio-Based

Shifts: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am

BESTAgency is seeking professional, engaging, and detail-oriented On-Call Online Table Games Dealers to host live table games in a virtual environment. As a live dealer, you will deliver an exceptional and entertaining experience to players while maintaining the highest standards of game integrity, accuracy, and professionalism. Rate of pay is $22/hour with paid training, EDR access provided for all shifts over 6 hours, growth opportunities and a supportive, inclusive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Host and deal live online table games (i.e. Blackjack, etc.) according to company and regulatory procedures
-Interact with players in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner via live video and chat
-Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and security protocols
-Maintain a polished on-camera appearance and positive brand representation
-Monitor and report any irregularities or technical issues promptly
-Follow scheduled shifts and performance standards consistently

Qualifications & Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous casino or live dealer experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable working on camera in a live broadcast environment
-Ability to remain calm, accurate, and professional in a fast-paced setting
-Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary gaming systems
-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
-Clear speaking voice and professional demeanor
-Comfortable wearing required attire, uniforms, or accessories
-Ability to work in a studio environment with bright lighting and cameras
