BESTAgency is looking for ONSITE MANAGERS for THE SANTA CHALET at DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN, an immersive experience to meet and have photos taken with Santa.
The ONSITE MANAGER will be responsible for the daily operations, scheduling and management of THE SANTA CHALET at DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN. This position supervises cast members, ensures proper and timely documentation of paperwork and maintenance of equipment and wardrobe in accordance with the operational functioning of THE SANTA CHALET, responds to customer inquiries and performs with exceptional customer service through positive guest interactions. They will also be required to step into SANTA’S HELPER positions when the need arises.

Candidates should possess the following:
Theatrical and Performance Experience
Previous Supervisory Experience; prefer at least 1-3 years
Excellent leadership skills.

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to multitask.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible schedule.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, cast members, and client
Ability to maintain composure in a sometimes high stressed, fast paced environment.
Entertainment management or experience working for a high-volume tourist attraction is a plus.
Intermediate computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prep for the beginning or end of the day.
Check and respond to all emails in a timely manner.
Fills out an end of shift report.
Update the daily shift notes and upload photos to folder.
Open at the beginning of the day or Close at the end of the day.
Responsible for overseeing/managing THE SANTA CHALET and Santa Chalet Helpers at all times during their shift to ensure cast members are maintaining the proper use of equipment and technology, are handling guests and photo sessions in accordance to standardized operating procedures, and ensures that THE SANTA CHALET is operating to BESTAgency standards.
Lead pre-shift meetings with cast members to relay notes and directives and any modifications to schedule/rotation of cast members.
Responsible for overseeing equipment, technology and wardrobe maintenance (relaying all issues to BESTAgency Corporate); ensure all necessary documentation, reports, etc are submitted in a timely manner. Fill in any of the Santa Helpers positions as the need arises.
Must verify all shift cast members are present and in the approved wardrobe.
Create, maintain, and update the weekly cast member schedule for the Chalet.
PAID TRAINING for ONSITE-MANAGER. Santa Helpers Roles are as follows:
Cashier/Check-In Reservationist: Welcome and sign-in guests to THE SANTA Chalet, interacting and entertaining guests as they wait to see Santa. Controls the line and flow of guests. Prepares guests for their photo shoot with Santa and keeps time for each encounter. Handles online reservations, walk-up guests reservations, and processes payments.
Photographer: Welcomes guests inside Santa’s Chalet. Poses guests with Santa, takes their pictures, sends selected photos to the printer, and keeps time for each encounter. Previous professional photography experience is preferred but not necessary.
Photo Printer/Check-Out: Provides printed copies of photographs to be placed inside photo sleeves. Bag items for guests as they exit. Provide link information for guests to access their photos online. Processes any payments for add-ons.
PAY RATE for TRAINING: $20/hr

SOFT-OPENING to ensure the ONSITE MANAGERS and SANTA’S HELPERS are proficient and confident in their tasks and are ready to perform their duties once THE SANTA CHALET is up and running.
PAY RATE for SOFT OPENING: $20/hr
Soft Opening Schedule (must attend at least 2 days)

Tue Nov 11; 11:00am-3:00pm
Wed Nov 12; 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Thu Nov 13; 4:00pm – 8:00pm
THE SANTA CHALET will be open 7 days a week from Friday Nov 14, 2025 to Wednesday Dec 24, 2025 (closed on Nov 27 for Thanksgiving).
PAY RATE FOR MANAGER POSITIONS: $25/hr
Managers will be assigned shifts based on availability and Santa Chalet needs:
*Pet Nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00pm-8:00pm
MONDAY-SATURDAY
Morning Shift is 10:00am-4:00pm (Call time 9:45am)
Evening Shift is 3:00pm-9:00pm (Call time 2:45pm)
SUNDAY
Morning Shift is 10:00am-3:30pm (Call time 9:45am
Evening Shift is 2:30pm-8:00pm (Call time 2:15pm).
You will be provided with outfits to wear during your shifts.
COSTUME FITTINGS: Mon Nov 3 to Fri Nov 9, 10am-3pm (except between 12pm-1pm).
