Role and Responsibilities
BESTAgency is seeking candidates for the Entertainment Floor Supervisor position for our Live Dealer gaming program. The Entertainment Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of gaming tables under the direction of the Program Director, our client and BESTAgency. This position assists the Program Director in the supervision of the program employees, maintenance of proper documentation in accordance with safety, worker’s compensation and company guidelines, and performance of exceptional customer service through positive guest interactions

-Responsible for remaining on property at all times during shift to assess Live Dealers’ performance and guest interaction; ensure guests are receiving excellent service according to program performance metrics
-Hold the final authority to resolve dealer errors or table disputes (on-camera); respond calmly and handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment
-Report suspicious play and player conduct to Player Services
-Explain and interpret house rules, betting limits and regulations; explain rules of the games to both players and team members
-Provide relief for Player Services when breaks are needed
-Ensures games run smoothly; changing the cards and following security policies and procedures
-Lead pre-shift meetings, as needed, to discuss notes and directives from the Program Director, modifications to schedule, and service data reporting
-Must verify all shift team members have clocked in and signed in on the appropriate time sheet and a break time has been designated
-May assist Program Director with paperwork associated with their shift including but not limited to shift schedules, time and attendance, maintenance logs, disciplinary forms, performance evaluations and worker’s compensation documentation

-Willingness to learn new systems and technology related to virtual gaming operations
-Conduct assessments of employees to ensure program standards are being upheld
-Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are being followed; disciplining and coaching team members accordingly
-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and OTHER Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:
-Previous Supervisory Experience; prefer at least 1-3 years
-Previous experience supervising talent
-Excellent personal presentation and on-camera skills
-Articulate speech patterns and immaculate grooming
-Thrives in a live TV environment
-Demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
-Adept at supervising and motivating employees
-Excellent manual dexterity
-Experience and knowledge of Social Media applications
-Excellent leadership skills
-Professional attitude and demeanor
-Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
-Ability to multi-task
-Must have strong interpersonal skills
-Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends and holidays according to business demands
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, employees and client
-Ability to maintain composure in a sometimes high stressed, fast paced environment.
-Casino management or experience working in a casino a plus, but not required
-Knowledge of basic computer programs including MS Office programs and the internet
-This position will require standing 40%, walking the floor 40% and sitting 20%
-If selected, candidates MUST be available for the paid 2 week training- Dates TBD (tentatively early April)
